In 2017, 3PS Healthcare embarked on its journey into the world of hot and cold gel packs. This evolution was sparked by a serendipitous encounter with a dentist seeking custom-branded ice packs, which led us to establish a niche within Pakistan’s healthcare sector. Our founder, driven by a vision to enhance patient comfort, sourced our initial batch of personalized gel packs from the USA, marking our entry into the market.
Recognizing the potential of personalized gel packs, we quickly adapted our strategy. By partnering with suppliers in Shanghai, we managed to reduce costs and increase the accessibility of hot and cold packs in Pakistan. This shift allowed us to cater to a broader range of healthcare professionals, including dentists and cosmetologists, as we explored the diverse needs of the industry in Karachi and beyond.
Our journey was significantly supported by an invaluable ally: the founder’s sister, a dedicated dentist. Her expertise and extensive network played a crucial role in our growth, especially during key industry exhibitions such as the Pakistan Conference of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (PCOMS) and the Pakistan Association of Aesthetic Dermatologists and Surgeons (PAADS).
In 2019, we expanded our product range with the introduction of Coldwave Gel Packs and nursing gel packs for mothers. These over-the-counter gel packs, also known as breast pads, quickly gained popularity, providing essential relief from sore or engorged breasts. Endorsed by mom bloggers and influencers across Pakistan, they became a trusted solution for nursing mothers. We also introduced lip-shaped ice packs designed for post-lip filler treatments, enabling clinics to offer personalized aftercare kits.
Our commitment to innovation led to the launch of Kids Ice Packs featuring charming animal characters that comfort children after a “boo-boo.”
From our initial focus on hot and cold gel packs to the establishment of our prominent retail brand, COLDVAVE, 3PS Healthcare has consistently evolved. Today, we offer a comprehensive range of hot and cold packs, personalized solutions, and Coldwave Gel Packs tailored to meet various needs across Pakistan and internationally.
