Our founder, driven by a vision to enhance patient comfort, sourced our initial batch of personalized gel packs from the USA, marking our entry into the market.

Recognizing the potential of personalized gel packs, we quickly adapted our strategy. By partnering with suppliers in Shanghai, we managed to reduce costs and increase the accessibility of hot and cold packs in Pakistan.
